Brief:
In 2020, amidst the lockdown. Harwyn wanted to use this period to boost their residential sales of their stunning backyard residential office pods, catering to the burgeoning work-from-home trend. Additionally, they wanted to leverage this time to drive growth for elite school clients. Schools were closed during the lockdowns and many Principals used the opportunity to make changes to school buildings and amenities.
Solution:
